First it was YaYa DeCosta on All My Children, now Eva on The Young and the Restless. Looks like Top Models are taking over Daytime, one bubbly soap opera at a time.Eva Marcille has been hired by The Young and the Restless to play a young mother named Devon, on the hit daytime drama! Eva has already begun taping scenes and will debut on June 25th!
In November of 2006, Eva left her managers Benny Medina and Tyra Banks. She signed with new management and officially dropped "Pigford" from her name, now going by Eva Marcille (her middle name).
Kudos to Eva for dropping Tyra as a manager and dropping that hillbilly last name. Marcille is much more befitting for her. (Everyone knows I am an advocate of name changes, (wink! )
